I like to give businesses a chance but please please please read the reviews and believe them. This is a horribly run business full of young girls that are very judgmental. I went in tonight to tan and update my payment information after getting a new card. I was greeted by a visible judgmental look down by one of the girls and then was told I owe a penalty for getting a new debit card after my old one expired. I couldn’t cancel my membership fast enough and I will be sure to tell everyone about my experience here.
DO NOT TAN HERE. I went there to cancel my membership, and was misinformed about fees and cancelations. When I asked the employee to explain my charges, after the fact of being charged, she told me that I was harassing her since I asked a question and she told me to get out of the store and never come back again. I asked for the managers number and she told me that she didn't want to give me the managers number, and when she did she gave me an invalid number, and then she gave me a custodial staff number. Almost unbelievable how incredibly rude some of the staff is... bed quality isn't even worth it. Have worked in a tanning salon before and understand it gets stressful during busy season but no manners whatsoever here.
If I could give a ZERO I would!!! Bought a 3 pack of spray tans in February was NEVER told of an expiration date. Went to use my last one & was told my package expired 45 days after purchase! I even found the coupon I used when I bought the package & it shows NO expiration date on it .... yet the girl behind the counter refused to make it right!! FLASE advertising = TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY!! I will NEVER be back and if I were you I wouldn't come either!!
