Had 3 occasions where I came home and hours later had no color and come to find out it was a machine malfunction. Went in to get sprayed again and employee argued with me about it and tried to charge me $10 to get sprayed again (because I wanted to cancel the same day). Bronze was out the Entire first month and I got charged the same. Overall, did not have a good experience and will be trying somewhere else in Midland in the future.
Very clean and the staff is very kind. One small issue with the spray tanning machine and the staff assured me that it will get taken care of. She seemed trustworthy and knowledgeable. I also email every person I could think of to go there because it's just one of those places that are more concerned about the customer then your bank account. First that reason I am going to sign up. You can tell when you walk in that it's clean when you look around it's very well put together and smells freash. I'm just really impressed!
I would recommend palm beach to anyone! It is so clean and stocked with everything you need to have the perfect tanning experience. Hillary is the best too! She's there every time I go and she takes the time to make sure the customer service is perfect. She is also very knowledgable about everything that they offer.
I enjoy the hours at Palm Beach Midland! I usually go there 4 times a week, whether it's am or pm, the associates have been extremely helpful, especially with product. The store is extreme clean and makes my visit there pleasant always, Thanks Palm Beach
The 3 employees with whom I have interacted have not seemed to understand how the memberships work and have not been able to answer my questions. I have been pleased with the sunless tanning results and the location is very clean, but the customer service leaves much to be desired.
Went to tan and every question I had it was answered and I felt very comfortable there. ...thanks for being so sweet and welcoming
