I’ve been a customer for years- quality of products , beds , and service has gone way down. Paying a ridiculous amount for unlimited tanning and spraying- then an extra $20 per spray to get a jacked up tan nearly every single time. In the past spray tanning looked excellent every single time and the added cost wasn’t necessary. Super aggravated. I bought 2 spray tan packages with the 3 for $60. We were only able to use one each. I asked them to extend it once and they did. However we were still not able to go so I asked them to extend it by ONE DAY and they told me they couldn’t. I was fine losing 2 spray tans. But because they couldn’t extend by ONE DAY I lost 4. I have been a member for 10+ years and it’s very frustrating.

I use the spray tanning booths. The results are very natural looking and last an exceptionally long time. But ...beware their policy of returning products have changed dew to covit...No refunds or exchanges. so all sales are final. I've learned this the hard way. No one told me this snd theres no signs anyware. I won't be buying anything from them ever again.
I cancelled my membership 4 weeks ago, they still charged my account and now they don’t know how to get my money back.
I think the 24 hour tanning is ridiculous when people have different work schedules will be canceling my stuff as soon as my month is up.i tanned at 7:20 last night is 5:38 I drove all the way from Dixie and was told to sorry you’ll have to come back. Biggest waste of my money my gas and my time.
Was fully informed about every bed and what each one is for and does before I ever even signed up, which I appreciated very much and was a huge factor In me deciding to use this place.. staff is super friendly and always smiling!!
