DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! This location (along with other calls from corporate locations) are calling me saying I owe money when I cancelled my membership years ago. They are stating I used my membership last December in Laguna Nigel which is not true nor have I ever been to this location. I live three hours away! When I try and explain my situation no one can help, they are just calling to harass me for money. And now are claiming they have no record of my account being cancelled. Traveling is difficult with traffic and time. Palm Beach Tan has multiple facilities and it brought me into the Tustin store on Jamboree. I went in 10 minutes before closing on Valentine's Day Evening. I wasn't expecting help and I felt horrible going on the the holiday that late. To my surprise, an extremely friendly and helpful employee, Daniel, took the time to explain packages and lotions. He was funny and very personable. All this location wants to do is sell you a membership, first time is only half the time regardless of a walking in or membership.I’m sure many people had different experiences but I’ll not be recommending to anyone I know. Walked out disappointed since I would not pay for only haft the time.

Follow up - Management is on top of things. Maintenance and repairs now appear to be performed reasonably promptly. Great Staff, but Corporate Management Doesn't Seem to Care Angelina at the Tustin location is great and always helpful, but there's nothing she can do about my complaint! I pay for the top tier tanning package, that includes 2 beds with a misting function. When the function runs out of distilled water, it can take *weeks* before it's refilled.
