Reached out multiple times for support only to be panderred and deterred from actually canceling (which i could have done at the time). Suckered into a higher priced agreement than I initially wanted, was sold $60 lotion that only works for 1 type (intro level) of machine, and their agreement (in fine print) requires a minimum 2 month subscription. Burnt out bulbs, wavy acrylic, smelly & stale stalls, and overpriced leaves me no options but to go for the 1 star.
I came in for a spray tan today which was my very first time ever at a Palm Beach tan. I was Super skeptical to use the spray tanning machine, but wanted to give it a try and was interested in getting an Unlimited Spray Tan membership, but wanted to see how the tan would turn out.
