Many of these reviews are phony. Management is still charging as recently as this AM - however they are blocked by my bank so I’m not concerned. But if there has been a change in management - then they are absolutely still carrying on old behaviors :) ____ After just following up with the Salon after they contacted me as a result of this Google review posted above… The representative continued to laugh at me and the situation thinking it is funny how corrupt and absurd, their recent activities have been to customers all over... read more
Staff is nice ( they change staff every week) so that means they are NOT treating staff properly nor paying them adequately! The beds always seem to be broken and now they have added a “lunch time” so I came all the way there today to have to turn around because they are “under staffed”. Seems like this company can’t keep employees happy and in return, customers suffer the consequences. Any staff member that has self worth would never work for this run down company! I am highly contemplating cancelling my membership!
