I went to get a spray tan on 6/18 at this location. I usually go to the one on Independence in Plano but apparently they have closed permanently. First, the young lady behind the counter could not find my account. I could not understand a word she said. She kept putting her hand in front of her mouth. She did not pronounce her words and I could hardly hear her. I kept telling her I wanted the same tan (double dark) as I always get. Elise is so sweet and amazing and she’s so personable. All the girls here are amazing 10/10 recommend.
Very long waiting times
First time at this location, redeemed their $5 spray tan with no hassles. No wait time. Big super clean area. Staff was so sweet, good attitude, knowledgeable, & explained everything throughly and quickly. Was in and out thankfully making my appt on time. 10/10
