Chad, the new manager, should NOT work in any area of leadership or anything that requires people skills! He was very rude. No eye contact. No solution to a simple issue. I had a problem with bronzer packets not working with my skin tone and asked if I could switch the color or trade them for scents or some other solution. He was unwilling to help in any way.
