The staff is very courteous and nice, u recommended Palm Beach Tan on Facebook, I've been going 6 or 9 months, not sure IAM happy, love the upgrades!!

I'll first note - I NEVER complain about customer service. I think this is my first time to review anyone - ever!! But i'm so extremely disappointed in the service here. We were moved (husband is pilot/officer in military) to Holloman AFB in NM 4-5 months ago and I have been trying to cancel my account ever since. I've left countless messages there - called their corporate - and finally today I was able to speak with someone who could help. They won't refund the multiple unused months - despite having proof i've called count... read more
