I have been going to the Littleton on Bowles location for three years, The Employees at this location are such a joy . They are very knowledgeable and always let me know new products that’s arrived or any new specials It’s nice to be taken care of Thank you to this staff keep up the great job Sincerely Diane Pettengill
I love this location. I come in here every couple days and the service is awesome. Normally it’s Jamie greeting me at the door with a huge smile on her face everyday. She is very sweet and a great person to have at the tanning salon. They need more people like her !
BEWARE of the North Myrtle Beach SC location. Get your membership cancelation in WRITING. They owe me $115.42 for a charge after I cancelled .
BEWARE. Do not buy a package of tans or sprays like I did. They will disappear. Nick has sold me 2 very expensive packages in which the first one just disappeared after 2 tans no one knows why. The 2nd package of sprays and tans were sold to me again over 100$ on the premise no expiration date which I made certain of because I was leaving the country for a long beach vacation the next day. Worst salon ever! They close an hour early and leave you knocking at the door. I shouldn’t say they all are that way there. It’s one woman who has long dark hair and claimed to be in some management position. Which makes it even more unacceptable that she wouldn’t even acknowledge that she had decided to close early. I’ve been a PBT member for over 5 years & I’ve always preferred Hilliard over any other PBT salon. But that has drastically changed recently. I’m used to the excellent standards that they’ve had for years in their entire staff’s character, honesty, tanning knowledge, and the salon’s cleanliness. I believe the staff or employee training has recently changed because the entire salon’s cleanliness and dynamic has too.
