All the girls that work here are super nice and extremely helpful with anything anyone has questions about. They are super knowledgeable about the product. And they go out of their way to try to learn your name, which is really cool. My account got transferred here when my tan co got shut down and they were so helpful with the transition. I’m really happy with this company and the girls that run this store.
I came in and tried to cancel my service on the 14th of June. When I told the girl at the counter this she told me "Great just come back on the 25th!". I thought that was strange but said okay. I could not make it on the 25th and came on the 27th st which point I had looked at my contract which said I needed to cancel anytime BEFORE the 25th. When I came in again to cancel they told me I would be charged again for the next month. This seems extremely shady. The spray tans are terrible and splotchy as well.
Just started to get into tanning again! Went the past 3 days and already noticing color. Clean beds and nice interior. Girls at the front were very nice and helpful!!
