I have been going to this store every week for the last 3 months so when I tell them I want to freeze my account they said that was fine I wasn't aware I was supposed to sign paperwork so on the 1st another $90 came out of my account so I went up there and the girl remembered I told her that I wanted to freeze my account and she did the paperwork gave me the home office number to call to get my money back so they call me back basically telling me that the girls don't remember that so I'm screwed out of my money.
