I was a client from TNT in Berea. Palm Beach bought them out. I had a month and 2 weeks left that was to transfer over. I went to tan and they told me I had nothing!!!!!! They said it expired. I called when they did the switch and they told me my package was good till when I used it. Well thats not true they wiped myself along with my daughter out of our tans. train staff better when setting up packages for new clients as well as knowledge of how long new clients should tan. Very painful experience.
