Original location: Lakewood Ohio Today I went to initiate my membership that I believed to be frozen only to find out I owe $200 in order to tan again. This is a direct result of my $7 monthly charge not going through, and missing 3 months without a phone call. An email or anything to bring this to my attention. Liars! They don’t even deserve 1 star. When I signed up end of July , I specifically wanted one month since I was having surgery end of August and new I wouldn’t be back. I repeated myself several times . Well they took it out of my account . When I called she said it has to be canceled by 25th, I was never told this as I wouldn’t of signed up . Look at cameras you can read my lips even better I hope you have audio and you can hear you’re stupid employee failed to disclose information.
SCAMMERS. I HAVE ALWAYS BOUGHT A SINGLE WEEK OR MONTH WITHOUT NEEDING A MEMBERSHIP, BUT THE TWO LADIES WORKING SUDDENLY SAID I COULD ONLY BUY A MONTH IF I SIGN UP WITH A MEMBERSHIP AND PAY AN ADDITIONAL $20. THEY TRY TO FORCE YOU INTO A MEMBERSHIP WITH A MONTHY FEE
I canceled my membership the day the salon was forced to close due to covid 19(I actually went up there). Also, I signed up 2 days before they had to close. Was charged a full month and since then I've been charged.. multiple times. I called the store was told this has been happening to other people and that they in fact see my account closed. RecommendedVery nice staff, they answered all my questions. I travel between Strongsville and Streetsboro and now I can tan at both locations. I wanted to buy visits but I understand the whole monthly thing and will give it a try a few months! The beds are AMAZING 🌞🌞
