Since the remodel not many rooms have been open and have many delays or issues actually being able to access and use a room. Used to prefer this location over others, not very impressed
Can we please have Miranda back as the store manager? The constant flip-flop of employees and Store managers at your locations is incredibly frustrating to us. The customer/consumer. We enjoy seeing a familiar face that knows your history and your preferences. I did send an email to a Corporate address asking this, but I heard no response from anyone Hoping maybe this may get seen!
Its a clean place. Many bulbs out on beds though .if you tell them you get treated like u are an idiot!
Understaffed and extremely stressed and rude worker. I ended up waiting 10 minutes in line and spent another 5m with worker struggling to enter me into the system. Then to top it off, the worker said a bed was ready and just needed to clean it. After another 5-10m wait and about a dozen people waiting to be checking in, I asked on the status and offered to clean the bed myself.
