The customer service at Palm Beach Tan in Lebanon is fantastic. My daughter and I were in over the weekend and had quite a few questions about my daughter's spray tan. Miranda (the store manager) went above and beyond to help us and was very kind. We really appreciated her assistance and will definitely be returning customers!

Here is the deal. The employees are great. Zero issues with any of them. The problem is the facilities. They are in desperate need of a facelift. We have been going there since about 2018, and the place has not been updated. They brought in a few new beds over the years, but the doors are hard to close, the music doesn't work on the beds/in the rooms, you can see a worn path on the floor. It is evident Palm Beach Corporate doesn't like Lebanon, OH, the surrounding locations in Mason and Centerville are much nicer. I really h... read more
