Original location: Lakewood Ohio Today I went to initiate my membership that I believed to be frozen only to find out I owe $200 in order to tan again. This is a direct result of my $7 monthly charge not going through, and missing 3 months without a phone call. An email or anything to bring this to my attention. I do not balance my bank account to seek out $7 a month. I offered to pay $7 / month x how many months my membership was frozen and was denied this. I would NOT recommend them. I bought a spray tan package that was over $90 dollars per month. The girl told me it was near where I was moving to and I didn't really want to buy it but she kept asking me so I figured what the heck. I tried to cancel, they told me I would have to drive ALL THE WAY TO STREETSBORO which is not anywhere where I lived. THEY then charged me while COVID was happening which is RIDICULOUS. RecommendedLOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE! Mel was absolutely amazing. I was so worried and nervous being a first timer for using a spray tan booth. She was welcoming, knowledgeable, kind, and patient. Mel is 100% the reason me and my friend will be long term clients and drive 18 minutes one way to go when there's another salon right at the corner of the street. Best best best experience.
