I hate leaving bad feedback for companies, but do yourself a favor and FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE! The staff is horrible. I've tried spreading the word to everyone I know- go somewhere else. These are the most unfriendly and fake managers/assistant managers I've ever come in contact with. Needless to say, I've moved to another salon.
Best salon in the area. – I was very impressed by the cleanliness of the salon. The staff is always friendly and fast. There have however, been a few times that it seems they lacked enough employees to cover the amount of customers coming in. That being said, I must give the current employees credit because they always seem to be working as quickly as possible to help each customer. Decent, but not great – My visits here have been ho-hum for the most part. Nothing really stood out. The staff there didn't make me feel like a wanted customer. And with their exorbitant prices, I would think that customer service would be a chief concern of theirs. Not a large selection of lotions either. I've moved on to another salon.
Vinings Palm Beach Tan location – I've been tanning here for about one year. I live and work in the neighborhood so it's very convenient for me. It's really affordable, the beds are nice, the bulbs are strong, and there's usually never a wait. The only downside is the customer service - the girls are ALWAYS chatting away on their cell phones or land line and make it seem like a hassle to have to put the phone down for ten seconds in order to log you into the computer.
