I recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting Palm Beach Tan and it was an absolute disaster from start to finish. Upon entering, I was greeted by an atmosphere of tension and discomfort. It quickly became apparent that the manager, Deena, sets the tone for the entire establishment, and it's not a pleasant one. Her demeanor towards both customers and employees was nothing short of appalling.
