Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had in my life. There are two managers there that are so pushy & rude EVERY single time I see them. I already have a membership & don’t want to hear a 10 minute sales pitch & to be strong armed to buy products every visit. I cancelled (forever) today and the manager argued with me about it for five minutes while calling me “honey” the whole time. You guys suck!

I am very upset how I get over charged by Palm Beach tan and they said they would fix the problem. That it would only take 8-10 days, and it has taken over a month for them to give me my money back. I've called and tried finding out what is going on and they don't seem to care. The service is not where it should be when trying to take care of their customers.
Little pricey for tanning..... lotions ridiculously expensive. As a massage therapist I can buy most of your lotions for 20-30 dollars. Whats up with 23 hour schedules for reentry....? Customer service much better thanks...

Been tanning for 2 months and had my 1st spray tan last week. The staff was extremely helpful and explained in detail how to spray tan. Getting my 2nd spray on Thursday . Getting ready for Wedding Day on Saturday. Want to look nice and tan in my dress.
It was crowded... I waited an hour for a spray tan. The booth wasn't clean. At all. My feet are bright burnt orange. 90% darker than normal. So so bad. The customer service was terrible. Seemed that the girls didn't want anyone there and only wanted to make $ off of you. Awful experience.
