The staff at Palm Beach were very friendly and welcoming, which I really appreciated. However, I ended up with Tinea Versicolor after my visit, and I’m still trying to get rid of it. While I understand these things can happen, it might be worth looking into any possible environmental factors. Otherwise, it was a nice experience, but this issue affected my overall impression.
This business is supposed to ooen at 9:00 am. at 9:30 Saturday still not open, a frequentvproblem here. Phone line not working. may be outbof business.
I am extremely disappointed and felt very unwelcome. I purchased a package that included two tans, two bronzers, and two fragrances. Unfortunately, I’ve had nothing but issues with conflicting information. Initially, I was told the package could be used within 90 days, but when I called to inquire later, I was told it had expired. The manager offered to honor the package, but when I arrived, I was told that was incorrect. They offered me the tan, but I would have to pay extra for the bronzer and fragrance.
