I don’t usually go to this location so I didn’t realize when I asked to just “do the same thing as last time” that it meant the last time I was at this location not the last thing I did at any location. I filled out a survey kind of complaining that I got downgraded and they called me up not even an hour later, explained the situation and also extended some upgrades to me. The staff here is very kind and helpful, and I will definitely return when I’m in the area. Excellent service all around, 5 stars.
I was a little nervous after seeing a couple of bad reviews. I feel like they were completely wrong. My first experience was with Nick, who was super helpful, and today I saw Haley, who was more than welcoming. It's such a joy to experience genuine customer service these days, and both of them made my visits easy and enjoyable. Today is the third time I have shown up and no one was there. If they had competition I would drop my membership, but PBT has no competition in this area, I need this method of getting vitamin D.
