I visited the Herndon, VA Palm Beach Tan location today and had an incredible customer service experience thanks to Ally who was managing the store. I've used the Spray Tan booths in the past, and was eager to try the new wellness options that are now available. Ally provided options to me and gave me advice on the services that I would find useful. Team is always helpful and always provide the best customer service. Of course, it's a service that is a contract like a gym and it you need to read the fine print. For nice equipment, you will also pay more- which is worth it. Like anything, you get what you pay for.
A scam. They renew your subscription automatically when you just wanted 1 month of tanning. Impossible to recover the money. Lamps are old.
