I came in to upgrade my bed package to a spray package and was charged 105 for 3 spray tans. 27 dollars for pst due monthly charges for frozen account for wrong card on file and 56 dollars for product. I don’t understand how I can’t get the 60 spray tan deal if my account is unfrozen. I was told I would have to pay more money. I’m very frustrated this company nickel and dimes you for everything. I’ve been a member for about 8 years now. Staff is always friendly, knowledgeable & have they have nice beds with great results. I always look forward to my 10 mins or so to relax after work.

Alicia/Battle Ground is the most helpful representative you have had since I started using your services-give her a raise and do whatever you can to keep her-she understands customer service and is not only polite, respectful but takes extra time to help this old granny with the machines. Love her!
