I would like to make a formal complaint regarding the customer service within your Richmond Indiana location. In June of last year I did a walk in session and was told it was cheaper to just do the monthly service. Which I happily agreed to. Unfortunately I made a quick move to Florida and no longer live within driving distance to this location. If you decide to give Palm Beach Tan a try, BEWARE! Apparently, they will tell you whatever you want to hear in order to get access to your Credit/Debit Card, even bold face lying to you. I had a trip to Florida coming up so I wanted to get a base tan beforehand. I was a member approximately 2 years ago but left because I wasn't comfortable any longer with them having access to my bank account. I was reluctant to return for the same reason. Employees were nice but the beds were dirty multiple times. It looked like they wiped them as fast as they could. Hair, Spray and streaks were left on the beds. I only went here because of the $14 no contract deal. I didnt know what a hassel it would be to end it even though its "no contract". I tried to call in to cancel and you cant do that, you have to go in. I went a whole month without tanning because I couldnt make it in. I tried to cancel for the next month but I didnt… See more

Love the staff and manager, Christina, at the Richmond, Indiana location. They are always friendly & helpful with my tanning needs. The salon is always clean, this all makes for an enjoyable experience.

All the girls and guys are exceptional!!! Always smiling and always willing to help.Great at what they do. They go out of their way to help people get the best products and tanning experience. Also the place looks spotless.!!!!
