FOREVER DARK – I love this place! I have been tanning for over a decade and I finally found the perfect place. Pacific Beach is amazing! The staff gave me so much information about their beds and lotions. I bought BLACK which rocks! The price was just right and better than any other salon I have been to. The customer service was so refreshing. The staff is beautiful and so friendly. They know me by name and always have a smile on their face. I wouldn't tan anywhere else!
Worst Customer Service – This place is for nothing more than high school kids. I went in tp purchase gift cards and couldn't believe the obnoxious girls behind the counter. One girl was on her cell phone and the other was eating something out of a bag that was just horrendous. I asked if I could by chance speak to a manager, and little did I know the one eating was the manager.
