They have signs outside stating that they open at 7am Monday-Friday . Online states they open at 7am as well. I have a membership here and needed to get in today. I have waited outside for 45 minutes and it’s almost 8am. This is extremely inconvenient and frustrating. I will be canceling.
I stopped in there to tan before our wedding. Rude, rude, rude! Even though theManager tried to rectify the issue. The whole experience still left a bad taste in my mouth. And I/we have not been back.

The locations are always clean, the staff especially Stephanie, is always attentive and helpful. Great variety of tanning products and different levels of memberships to fit your budget. Definitely my favorite spot to locally get my 15 minutes of Paradise away from the Minnesota weather. Keep up the great work!
Came in today (4/25/16) to start a membership and Lindsey was such a great help! She gave me a tour of the salon ! Helped me pick the perfect lotions to use! She was absolutely friendly and gave me top notch customer service! So glad I chose this salon to get back into tanning! I also love that there is parking next to the building because I absolutely hate parallel parking! I would definitely recommend this place to everyone I know whose into tanning!
Awesome tanning salon! Make sure you get the bed in the Copenhagen room. (Ask Marissa about it). The Ragonk lotion is the best. You have to ask for it though.
If you go anywhere else to get a tan you're a flawed guy! Marissa is the best. Give this place a try, you won't be sorry.
