I'm a 57 year old man and was called an "ass" by Dory, the district manager " so she said, because I would not purchase an upgrade for a spray tan. she sabotaged the spray bed and I paid $49.65 for absolutely no color. SHE TOOK THE COLOR OUT AND LET IS SPRAY CLEAR. The place is always nice and clean, but the problem is their policies are awful. We were told we can cancel anytime, or we could put a freeze on it. I went there to cancel or freeze payment on Sept 24th 2022. We were going on vacation on thr 26th of Sept. So I ask to cancel after this month. I was told I had to cancel that same day. They have signs outside stating that they open at 7am Monday-Friday . Online states they open at 7am as well. I have a membership here and needed to get in today. I have waited outside for 45 minutes and it’s almost 8am. This is extremely inconvenient and frustrating. I will be canceling.
I went in in June to cancel my account, I just don't use it as much as I hoped. I bought some products to use up the last of my rewards and signed a few things. However, I am still getting charged the full amount monthly and I can't seem to get any answers about my account actually being cancelled or refunds.
Clean, efficient and helpful. However, I was so sorry to learn that Decatur lost such a great employee. Alexis was always so professional and polite. I will miss seeing her smile!

I was overcharged, lied to and tricked into a contract without my consent or knowledge.. I cannot help but wonder if this location has also tricked other people the way the tricked me.?!I do not recommend this location!
I’ve been a customer for years- quality of products , beds , and service has gone way down. Paying a ridiculous amount for unlimited tanning and spraying- then an extra $20 per spray to get a jacked up tan nearly every single time. In the past spray tanning looked excellent every single time and the added cost wasn’t necessary.
