The manager, Anna, was very unprofessional when I had an issue. Rolling eyes, raising her voice and was accused of wanting to tan for free. Was told by another worker to freeze my account and if prices went down or stayed the same I would just pay $7.00 this month and next month the price would be taken out. Tonight when I went to check pricing and tan, I first was told since I was gonna upgrade I might have to pay an extra $10 tonight for the difference.
