I’m deeply dissatisfied. Staffing is adequate however twice I’ve been told, by the manager Sophia, that the DM (or equivalent) Michelle would reach out to field a complaint I voiced last month. Still, I have heard nothing. I will have to end a long-standing membership at Palm Beach because I refuse to support, with my money, companies who do not put people before their bottom line.
