I asked the staff to freeze my membership when I went in for my last appointment. I was assured by the staff it was frozen and she explained the benefits of freezing it. Today I was charged again for this month’s membership. They did not freeze my account. I called to explain their mistake, and they refuse to refund me. Do not apply to work here. They missed my interview twice and then rescheduled as if it was my fault. I expressed disinterest in working there, they still scheduled an interview, then followed up with a rejection of working there. They are extremely unprofessional. If you want to work there, look elsewhere.
