physically seen the blonde older women from the westport location coming out of one of the rooms with a male coworker a few months back she looked as if they were doing some sexual.. .. so unprofessional. I travel back & forth from westport & stamford locations .. may honestly cancel my membership..

I asked the staff to freeze my membership when I went in for my last appointment. I was assured by the staff it was frozen and she explained the benefits of freezing it. Today I was charged again for this month’s membership. They did not freeze my account. I called to explain their mistake, and they refuse to refund me. I’m forced to go back into the studio to freeze/cancel my membership when I already did so last week. Absolutely terrible the way they handled this situation. Do not apply to work here. They missed my interview twice and then rescheduled as if it was my fault. I expressed disinterest in working there, they still scheduled an interview, then followed up with a rejection of working there. They are extremely unprofessional. If you want to work there, look elsewhere.
