I left this salon feeling really frustrated and disappointed. The first time I went, I was told I was getting a one-month pass for around $60. When I came back the second time, the girl with glasses said I had only paid for a single session — something that was never explained to me. I also asked the girl last week to see the charges on monthly pass, and they did not provide me with that. They did not have the sheet in front of the desk! Awful experience 50% of the time I'm there. Stamford specifically. Admn also do zero to correct issues. Cancelation issues, can't tan when you want, just a nightmare. Find a better spot! Not worth it.
I am absolutely furious with this salon. I came in for a ONE-TIME tanning session and was never informed I’d be signed up for a monthly membership. They have been charging me every month without my consent. When I called to request a refund, they’ve made me jump through endless hoops just to get MY money back and I still didn’t get any refund .
