Awful experience 50% of the time I'm there. Stamford specifically. Admn also do zero to correct issues. Cancelation issues, can't tan when you want, just a nightmare. Find a better spot! Not worth it.
I am absolutely furious with this salon. I came in for a ONE-TIME tanning session and was never informed I’d be signed up for a monthly membership. They have been charging me every month without my consent. When I called to request a refund, they’ve made me jump through endless hoops just to get MY money back and I still didn’t get any refund . Wonderful workers at this location
Nicole who works at the High Ridge Road location was super helpful, friendly, and professional. Was my first time there today, and was very pleased. The place was clean/well kept, the tanning stand-up I used seemed to work just as it should, and again, Nicole was great!
