LOVE PALM BEACH! THE NICEST PEOPLE!
Very friendly employees! Nice and clean salon! All my questions were answered thoroughly and the process was explained in great detail. Highly recommend this place!

The staff are always friendly and greet you with a smile. They always explain any specials going on but don't push it on me. Excellent customer service.

They did a courtesy spray tan on me since I had proof of a promotional deal but I feel like I didn't get enough information about how to take care of the spray tan afterwards. I woke up in the morning and it was ruined and doesn't look very good. I am just grateful they did it to be honest. Hopefully next time I will be more informed.

Loved palm beach when I tanned there but beware, I cancelled my membership on February 25th as I was tanning for a trip. I am still getting charged my monthly membership fee and have called monthly, they assure me it is take care of and nothing. Also I call & leave messages (during business hours!) and they never call back. They are basically stealth by from me as I haven't tanned since February. Hopefully they will refund my money but I doubt it since they won't even answer or return my call.
