The staff at Ft Union made sure that I was informed of the pbt benefits. They were very friendly and explained everything to me. It was a very pleasant experience. I am very happy with my choice to come to the salon.
Horrible customer service, membership structure, and cancellation policies. Golden Tan is a much better value and they have great customer service, too.

I told them I was going to cancel my membership, but I still wanted to do 1 more tan that day but they wanted to charge me for it!!

You guys are lovely. I will never go anywhere else. I love everyone there, but especially Cheyenne and Sarah. You guys truly care about people's skin, and I have personally heard you guys try to educate people on how to maximize their tan. Wonderful customer service from those ladies and the rest of the faculty. Good karma guys
disappointed I got a gift card for tanning for Christmas then they told me I could only use it to buy tanning lotion and not to tan it was intended for 3 months of tanning so now I'm just going to throw it away
