Used to go to Sun Tan City but I wanted to give PBT a chance. I just signed up for my package recently and I told the lady working I wanted the level 4 bed so she signed me up on a plan and I came in for my first tan and I was asked which bed I wanted and I just stated I wanted a level 4 bed and she said my plan doesn’t include that. The only thing I requested in my package I didn’t get and now I’m told it’s $25 to upgrade and that’s only for a temporary fix. Definitely not renewing my plan. I have an overall positive outlook on this location and it’s staff. However, I have noticed that this location must be under staffed because there is never more than one person working. Today, 7/14/18, three people walked out including myself waiting in line. It would make more sense to have at least two people working on weekends and week day evenings to combat this problem. I pay a decent amount of money where this problem becomes frustrating at times.
