Deanna (new to location) was working and completely changed my perception of PBT. I had recently canceled my account after 2 years of membership. The location is better in every way from my last visit, quality, service & cleanliness where markedly better in every way. I told her how PBT was inadvertently advertising for their completion, and she made the changes instantly.
