Horrible service! Most girls I've encountered here are very rude and don't care about customers
Absolutely TERRIBLE to their customers. I have had a month membership last month and went in on the 26 to cancel it. The staff member working said that I would have to speak to the manager or call customer care to see if I could still cancel. We ended up calling the manager earlier today and explained our situation and she was the most rudest & snobbiest person I've ever spoken to saying there was nothing she could do. Best tanning salon around. May have higher rates but worth it.
Such a great salon! Super clean and very friendly staff! I've been tanning there a while and Lizzie is so fun and friendly always happy to help! I was nervous about tanning at first but I've gotten great results! Highly recommended!
Staff is very friendly, I never have to wait long and its very clean and comfortable. My only complaint is that the prices are a little high on packages and lotion but the fact that they're so nice makes it worth going. :-)
This is a great facility, very clean and well managed. There are always tanning beds available and the hours are perfect. One of my top Palm Beach Tan locations!
I used to tan at another salon in Lubbock until I came across Always Tan on facebook. The packages offered here are reasonably priced and offer much more than just tanning beds. The salon is very clean in a comfrotable environment. The employees are extremely helpful and very charming. I have since recommended this establishment to all of my friends.
Love this place! Their beds are the best. I was preparing for an event and the employees really helped me find a package that fit what i needed. I ended up doing red light therapy (which is amazing!) and I recently started with the hydration station. My skin just has this glow about it. I also did the air brush tan and it looked incredible!
