I NOW know why I stopped coming to this location. The beds aren't thoroughly clean. The girl that was working today gave me dirty eye protection and when I showed her the towel that I used to wipe my bed down she didn't even apologize. her response was just "ok, ok".. I will just stick with to the 3009 location.

Original location: Lakewood Ohio Today I went to initiate my membership that I believed to be frozen only to find out I owe $200 in order to tan again. This is a direct result of my $7 monthly charge not going through, and missing 3 months without a phone call. An email or anything to bring this to my attention. I do not balance my bank account to seek out $7 a month. I offered to pay $7 / month x how many months my membership was frozen and was denied this. I was given the number to customer care which really goes to the DM... read more
