Most of the staff know me now so they all speak and ask how I am doing even if they are not the one waiting on me. If I have questions on lotion or my membership any of them can help me. There are some new staff now so the previous staff will always step up to help. I have never had a bad experience at my salon in Alabaster Alabama. A shout out to the staff and Caroline!!
