My daughter and her friend came in a few hours ago and got a spray tan and neither of them look any different and they both are very unhappy. She and I have been trying to call and no answer. When we asked to speak to someone while we were there the lady just walked in the back and never returned. I know you have employees so why is no one picking up the phone???
