Today I had hand surgery. Every person I dealt with after I entered the patient area was wonderful. Londa got me settled and made sure I was comfortable and warm. She started my IV very easily and pain free. My surgical nurse, Julie, came and chatted. Dr West and Jen from anesthesia were super nice and accommodating. Unfortunately I don't know my post op nurse's name... initials DJ, but she was wonderful and helpful. Of course, Dr Kearse is always great!! Thanks so much.
I used this facility on 12/26/25 for my knee. The staff was great, but then I received a bill for an enormous amount, even after my insurance paid. Called and left multiple messages, in which no one has ever returned a single call. Called the 800 on the bill and was switched to a rep in China. She was only able to ask for a credit card number. Spoke no English. Still waiting for an itemized bill. SUPER SCAMMERS!!
Run from this place . The Staff have something to hide. .Instead of focusing on patients needs they rather be gate keepers & separate you from your loved ones . Pre op is very stressful & you have the ight to have your loved one with you to hear all of the pre op information. They are disrespectful & act like gatekeepers saying you can’t be with your loved one the. The surgeon speaks with the staff & will correct it but they are very disrespectful when they let you back
Very professional, kind and friendly staff. Explained everything and saw to my needs. I only wish the doctor had taken the time to see me after the surgery.
I had an amazing experience at this facility today. I had an Interlaminar Epidural Steroid Injection C7 T1 for Severe Foriminal Stenosis C5 C6. The facility was clean and staff were friendly, knowledgeable and professional and so organized. I am a nurse for 27 years and I’ve seen a lot however I was so impressed by the flow the department had with everything that was going on. I needed to submit a Google review. I will go back there again if need be.
