PT specialists treat you like cattle. Putting you through the motions without adjusting for change or growth. Extremely hostile when questioned, even questions seeking clarity.

Yes, I've been a patient of Dr. James Kirvin for 17 years hasn't had no issues with Dr. James Kirvin at all. My first initial visit was due to a headboard hit on my right Achilles Tendon (right foot and ankle). He told me if, it (headboard) little more force I had to have surgery. On crutches for a while. After that, other visits: Foot pain, (Plantar Fasciitis, injection in shoulder (right), injections in both knees (bone-on-bone). Very negative experience. I was going there for my first appointment and there was a was a dispute about my copay with the billing department. I called my benefits coordinator to confirm my copay. I asked to speak with billing again and she came down with her arms folded with a dirty look towards me. I explained my benefits coordinator was on the phone and would like to speak with her. After a mixup, the office manager worked very hard to secure my appointment. Dr. Kirvin is very knowledgeable, compassionate man with a great sense of humor. I was worried I needed surgery, but he reassured me there were other optons for my shoulders. Afterwards the office manager helped me with my insurance. I felt as if they wanted me as a patient, not a number. Overall I give them 5 stars.
