After a mixup, the office manager worked very hard to secure my appointment. Dr. Kirvin is very knowledgeable, compassionate man with a great sense of humor. I was worried I needed surgery, but he reassured me there were other optons for my shoulders. Afterwards the office manager helped me with my insurance. I felt as if they wanted me as a patient, not a number. Overall I give them 5 stars.
