Very bad experience with this Mazda location. I bought a coupon for an oil change and drove a long distance, only to be told when I arrived that they don’t honor the coupon the same way and that their work is “different” from what’s listed. They clearly said they are not responsible for the coupon, which makes no sense since it’s advertised under their name. On top of that, the staff were unprofessional and not helpful at all. I bought a Mercedes-Benz S Class Convertible from this dealership. I paid about $72,000 for this car. There was a major problem with the dash I was not informed about until I had already booked non-refundable tickets to pick up the car. I picked up the car anyways, I shouldn't have done it. I wrote a review before where they claimed to have ordered the dash and fixed it before I picked up the car but that did not happen.
