The doctor and front desk is beyond amazing! They really care here. The doctor is so full of information and patient when I have 100 questions. You don’t feel rushed and they are very thorough!!
Dr. Stephens is a very gentle and kind soul. While my concerns for my daughter were not extreme, he had never once made me feel like I didn’t belong in his office or that my concerns were not valid. He explains very well, interacts with my child despite her lack of interaction back. Front desk in palm city is also always kind to us.
Dr Stephens saved my daughters life!! When she was a baby shw couldn't keep food down and we struggled day and night because she cried of hunger them cried of pain after eating. He didn't give up on her and found the right medication to sooth her. Then when our insurance wouldn't pay for it, he wrote them a letter to help us get it covered. I highly recommend him if your little has tummy problems.
To John E Stephens, M.D.- imagine falsely diagnosing a someone because you get paid either way, later to find out that that patient could have died from something you could have caught earlier but blamed it one anxiety...
