For the price I PAID, this was not a luxury experience at all. The vehicle was DIRTY (exterior), uncomfortable, the service was confusing and argumentative, and the entire ride felt a bit unsafe and unprofessional. Not worth the $490 I spent for 1-way to Miami cruise terminal for 6 guests. I would NOT recommend Palm Beach Limousine & Car Service. I was quoted $450 which included 20% gratituty for the driver ($100). He lied and said tip was not included - at terminal, in front of my guests, cruising for my 64th birthday. I ga... read more
