I would strongly caution anyone considering Palm Beach Laser. This practice prioritizes revenue over service quality and accountability. Technicians routinely push upsells instead of focusing on the services already paid for. My most recent treatment lasted less than five minutes for a medium-size area — rushed, inadequate, and certainly not worth the full price charged. Initially I gave a good review last year for the technician they fired because she wasn't upselling enough now I'm changing my review to reflect my most recent experience in July 2025: I paid for a medium package but the tech spent 5 minutes on me. Sorry but 5 minutes is for a small area. stop pushing packages on clients like sharks only to cut them out of their services. I did not receive the full service of what I purchased. After multiple rescheduling due to malfunctioning equipment and staff unavailability, I had an electrolysis treatment of my chin area with Palm Beach Laser and Aesthetic technician named Deserae at the Fort Lauderdale location on June 7, 2025, and it was an absolute disaster. Not sure what this Deserae did to my chin, but she definitely did not know what she was doing and did not perform the services I paid for because, within a couple of days, all the hair grew back in that same are.
