I had a really frustrating experience working with this company due to poor communication and delayed payment. I followed up multiple times about getting paid for work I had already done, but kept getting redirected or not hearing back at all. I was eventually told my check had been sitting at the office, even though I had asked for it to be mailed. Horrible, absolutely horrible customer service. Whoever is picking up the phone in 11/17/25 needs training on how to be just decent to people calling. Can’t imagine what their service is like.
If I could give 10 Stars I would! Everyone from the agency has been amazing! I had two different nurses, Olga and Lydia and they were caring, patient, on time, safe and all around special people. You make a difference.Thank you!
