Livid over experience! First pregnancy and had my husband and mother come with me for ultrasound. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! I’m changing providers due to it. Tech was huffing and puffing in frustration, appt is an hour, I was in and out within not even 10min. Images were horrible, service was horrible, tech literally jabbing my stomach and unborn child to where it was painful. Will be taking further action in reporting to higher ups. I had an absolutely wonderful experience! From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff made me feel welcomed and taken care of. The level of professionalism and kindness continued throughout my visit with the NPs, MAs, the techs, and doctors. Everyone was attentive, compassionate, and provided exceptional service. I truly appreciate the entire team for making my visit such a positive one. Thank you all so much!

WORSE EXPERIENCE! I have never been so disappointed. I took my mother with me to have my ultrasound, and the tech was unprofessional, and refused to share information regarding MY BABY. When I complained about the stage, they tried to blame their unprofessional and uncaring staff on my mother. I will NEVER use this facility again. WOMEN-BEWARE!
The MOST terrible experience that I had with an ultrasound. I accompanied my daughter to this office for an ultrasound, as she is expecting a baby. The tech did NOT explain what we were viewing on the screen, even though we asked. This office is very unprofessional, and treat lower income women with disdain and disrespect. My daughter refuses to go there, and we have selected a different more professional office, whose goal is to give the mothers a great experience with ultrasounds.
