Absolutely terrible customer service. I called ahead to make sure they still had a medical product that I needed and they said yes. I went in, asked the receptionist for the product, she told me I had to sign in, sit down and wait my turn. I explained that I wasn't there to see the Doctorvi just needed to pick something up. She said, you have to wait your turn. While I was sitting there, a lady was called up to the reception desk where the receptionist said, your information is not in our system.
