Waste of time!!! They ask you to come in early prior to the appointment time and after waiting over an hour you still haven’t been seen. Unprofessional and rude.
Having been a patient of Dr. Wallshein for several years, I understood that is affect is a bit flat and his personality a bit lacking, but I was a patient not a friend so I overlooked his quirks, as I believed I was getting good care. Two weeks ago, he diagnosed me with angle glaucoma and asked that I return to have a laser procedure. Several days later I had an unrelated eye issue, so within the past 2 weeks, I have seen Dr Wallshein 3 times. Waste of time!!! They ask you to come in early prior to the appointment time and after waiting over an hour you still haven’t been seen. Unprofessional and rude.
Waited in the office for over 2 hours till I had to walk out. Was still charged $40 for something that he said wasn’t covered by insurance, so I went to another doctor who told me that there was no extra charges and that my insurance covered it. Dr. Walsheim should not be in business.🤬
