Not sure what else to say..They have not finished the job. .. i am forced to go elsewhere because they refuse to finish the job. I couldn't do my event. I was guaranteed i would be able to compete in a race that i paid to be in. They take your money and don't finish what they were paid to do and take forever to get back to you... Then they act like they are doing you a favor by the attitudes you hear on the phone from the tuners, we are customers, and we want what we paid for. Do not use there tuning! Very rigid customer service policy on sending out tunes and horrible to deal with. Worst experience ever.
