It is extremely sad and upsetting that arriving 25 minutes early they all of the sudden said I was late when I shoes them a text message stating the appointment. Not only that but they tell me to hurry up and would give me 5 minutes to fill out many pages. When a couple minutes pass one lady ask me how far along I was in filling out my paperwork and when I said I was on my 3rd page she gave a look that was very upsetting. , I was told to arrive a half hour prior to my appointment which I did. I had to fill out the same paperwork I had already filled out online, which was somewhat tedious. However, the Doctor was extremely knowledgeable. She spent the appropriate amount of time going over my concerns and explaining what needed to be done And I would highly recommend Dr Di Silva.
