Poor customer service. My first appointment: (2:30 pm.) was cancelled the day of service, and when I showed up for my new appointment (6:30 p.m.), the office was closed. I drove 20 minutes to get there, I waited a half an hour hoping someone would show up. I left a message on the answering machine, and an evening office worker took my name and number and said she would leave a message for me. I never heard back with an apology or to make another appointment. I will go elsewhere.
